Save During Target’s Teacher Prep Event

Tennessee Homeschoolers makes commissions for purchases made through links in this post. You may read our disclosure page for more information.

If you already love shopping at Target, you are going to love this sale. Even if you do not enjoy shopping at Target, if you are a homeschool teacher, you are going to love this sale. I have never met a homeschooler who does not love a discount and that is what Target is offering teachers during its Teacher Prep Event. And yes, you are a teacher!

During the week of Sunday, July 15, through Saturday, July 21, Target is helping teachers prep for the new school year by offering them 15 percent off on select classroom supplies. They want to make shopping easy for you, so you may either stop by one of its local stores or spend your time online shopping comfortably from home (or the classroom). Free shipping applies to online orders that meet the $35 minimum.

Discounted items will be marked and include arts and crafts, classroom storage and organization, disinfecting wipes, writing supplies and notebooks, folders and binders. Other items you use in school are also included.

To receive the Teacher Prep event coupon, you may apply online (the website is acting a little wonky, so be patient) or again visit a Target store and apply to receive the coupon. You will need verification that you are a teacher. If you do not already have a teacher I.D. and use an umbrella school, contact your school to get an I.D. card or a teacher verification letter. Another option is to get a free I.D. card that you may create yourself. After you are finished designing it, you may print it at home or have it professionally printed on sturdy plastic (PVC) and shipped to you.

So, start making your list and visit Target to start saving.
